‘Candor’ from the latin word for ‘truth’, is our ethos at Candor Technologies.

Candor is a pioneering application service provider (ASP) as well as an Internet service provider (ISP). Our strength is that we focus on practical solutions rather than ‘rocket science’ and provide programs that are written to meet the clients’ needs, which are then hosted and maintained by Candor.

Candor technologies is a privately owned and operated business, with Wido Schnabel our MD having extensive experience in South Africa and Europe. Wido founded the Novell tech forum and was also the Microsoft manager for training and certification in Europe.

Candor grew from a need to expedite the frustrating and laborious process of ordering, proofing, printing and the delivery of a business card. Thus, BizCardPrint.com was developed and has now grown into our showcase product, CP3. Candor Print and Publishing Platform, is an innovative and groundbreaking program that enables end users to call up the relevant template, complete with all the approved corporate branding and modify their pertinent details of the template on their own desktops. The frustration of multiple proofs, time delays and all round general annoyance has been eliminated by CP3 which now enables marketing departments to react swiftly and sales people to order short runs with special promotional messages.

Candor automates the entire process securely on our servers, right up to the printer’s desktop. CP3 has grown and now also caters for brochures, leaflets, newsletters, pricelists and many other standard formats of publications and stationary.

Candor is active at national and international computer fairs, and thus on the ‘bleeding edge’ of technology.
