Legally founded in June 2005 Candor’s German Subsidiary - Candor Technologies GmbH – is now fully operative and ready to establish itself as a innovative, flexible and dependable player in the Application Service Provider (ASP) market and print and publishing market of the Euro zone.

“Germany has one of the world’s largest print and publishing markets. This makes it the ideal European starting place for our revolutionary Candor Print and Publishing Platform (CP³)” says Wido Schnabel, managing director of Candor Technologies who has vast experience in the German IT market.
CP³ allows users to design, proof and print various corporate materials via an Application Service Provider (ASP) hosted web application. The application provides users with an end-to-end solution to host, prepare, fulfil and disseminate all their publishable materials.

“Although CP³’s functionality allows a nearly unlimited number of applications in print and publishing the main focus for the German subsidiary will be the expansion of Candor’s BizCardPrint Services,” says Gerd Leszinski, CEO of Candor Europe. “Our research shows that mid size companies with an average of one thousand employees can save up to 250,000 Euros a year with the optimization of their business card ordering system. This fact alone bears enough potential to establish ourselves as a valuable and dependable business partners in our market,” so Leszinski further.

BizCardPrint is a highly flexible and cost effective ordering, print and distribution solution that is based on the CP³ technology and was successfully introduced in Germany (www.bizcards.de) together with one of Candor’s local printing partner Druck Punkt in Munich back in 2001.

“We have marketed Candor’s BizCardPrint services very successful right from it’s launch. This has generated strong revenues ever since but with the demand for these services continuously growing we now have to concentrate on the printing and distribution side of the BizCardPrint services,” says Albrecht Fischer, managing director of Druck Punkt. “This is why we are extremely pleased that Candor has decided to strengthen its investment into the German market. Through Candor Technologies GmbH we will see a tremendous increase in BizCardPrint’s marketing and sales activities as well as the introduction of a technical backbone for the local market.”

Candor has always seen great revenue potential in the German market. The success it had so far in Germany is a strong proof for its evaluation of that market years ago. With revenues increasing in that single market Candor decided the time is right extend its commitment for further growth.
